No se trata de militarizar las elecciones o de conllevar y hacer escenarios utópicos se trata de salir de esta contingencia de emergencia...

Y eso a su ves también daña la operatividad de la eficacia de el estado mexicano...
Ojala y despues de la elección México siga y este estable pero mi asesoramiento hoy a las declaraciones del presidente del ine instituto nacional electoral que sin duda no comparto termina

En la gama que nos compete en la contingencia electoral sr presidente le asesoro en modos simples de logística y de percepción anacrónica de prever esta contingencia asta el momento quizás descuidada
Logística
Del cual vía cisen localice y detenga a los dirigentes naturales de los grupos agitadores sin violentar sus derechos humanos
Siempre les a brindando dialogo tolerancia y ahora a el daño inquebrantable en aspectos distintos por delitos comunes tienen que tener el peso de la ley sobre ellos
Plane un centro de operaciones donde dirigentes de todos los partidos políticos el día de la elección estén reunidos y no halla desestabilización política y desde ese centro de operaciones seguir todo el proceso electoral desde que inicia asta que termine
Le aconsejo esto porque abra candidatos que expresen no reconosco al ganador no hubo imparcialidad en la elección y otras cosas que pudieran dificultar aun mas la inseguridad global

Veo y percibo actividad de dirigentes de partidos políticos junto con toda la gama de el estado una distancia notoria del cual prevé una desunión de estado y actores políticos descoordinados
Cosa que nunca debió darse ese distanciamiento sr presidente interactue dialogue y de seguridad de que con esa interacción las elecciones son legitimas y vean partidos políticos dirigentes sociales y sociedad en general esa seguridad de legitimidad en la elección

Del cuál si sumamos a los grupos agitadores en imagen se ve México aunque lo niegue inestable no porque México este todo en llamas por expresar algo sinoptico si no porque aunque cuando todo baya bien cuando sucede algo dispara la imagen del cual opaca todo lo avanzado del cual si esa imagen pasa constantemente es un México de contrastes
En otra cosa todos los comités distritales electorales deben de ser resguardados por la secretaria de la defensa nacional
Los comités municipales deben de ser resguardados por la policía municipal
Las fuerzas armadas deben de contar con un sistema nacional de seguridad en que cubra carreteras y avenidas principales de las ciudades más importantes de México
La seguridad de los candidatos a gobernador en los estados de la elección debe de brindarse en esquema de seguridad por la secretaria de la defensa nacional
Asi mismo suspender festejos de los ganadores en plazas publicacas para evitar cualquier contingencia
En puntos estratégicos y en máxima alerta donde esta misma está vulnerada tales contingencias ayudaran a las fuerzas del orden a mantener el control en dichos perimetros

En la gama que nos mueve e incumbe
La coordinación es y sería básica y consecuente con las dirigencias de los partidos políticos distintos eso avalaria la elección y las posibles contingencias locales ayudarían a solucionarlas en breve tiempo y de manera pacifica...
Dando a la política jerarquías y sustentabilidad tanto sectorial como orden de esquema demográfico nacional en su territorio...
De otra manera se caería en certidumbre de información in exacta del cual en los lugares de incertidumbre generaría violencia en puntos rojos de el País
Es decir sr presidente que la hegemonía política esta desequilibrada por puntos de acuerdo si en acuerdo de ley pero en práctica todavia existe ese fanatismo político radical en que es impensable convivencia sana y política entre sus dirigencias...
Esto a México lo vuelve desequilibrado y a su ves en tiempos electorales cuando vienen tiempos de debate y e ideas son las causas hutopicas de desencuentros y descalificatibos por un estado sumamente operante partidario en todas sus infraestructura de sus 3 niveles de gobierno y particularmente en las municipalidades...
Y a su ves se emplea y se descornina entre un partido y otro cuando de coordinación en seguridad se necesita
Ejemplo
Si el alcalde de la ciudad de boca del río que es miembro de el partido acción nacional necesita algo de el gobernador miembro de el partido revolucionario este no se la da y durante todo este sexenio de el gobernador de Veracruz esa apatía política se a visto
Cuando usted a visitado el puerto de Veracruz y a su ves la ciudad de boca del río al alcalde el gobernador lo discrimina y nunca se a visto ni siquiera trato profesional y de trabajo...
Ese tipo de distanciamientos es lo que a dañado a México en coordinación política turística y de desarrollo por esa falta de bicion
Asi con este tipo de ejemplos que procede y acontece en la vida actual política de México si hay ese tipo de comportamientos en otros lugares de México...
Sr presidente el darle en la prensa estatal espacios diversos de expresión en cada entidad federativa en sus 32 estados ayuda a ventilar critica análisis y equilibrio de jerarquías políticas entre la diversificación de diferentes maneras de pensar
Es por ello esa conciliación urbana que necesitas ahora urgente y de manera muy urgente México

Es ahora la restructuración de un esquema jerarquico de política declarado del cual a investiduras si debe de haber cuadratura política
De un alcalde a un gobernador y de un gobernador a un presidente estando en cordinación siempre y durante las 24 oras de el día y todavía más en el ramo de la seguridad...
Esta coordinación debería de ser obligatoria para todas las instituciones políticas y para todas las instituciones del cual su desempeño por eje le daría fortaleza presencia y solides
Si un acuerdo político es sustentado y avalado desde la presidencia con los institutos políticos y este no es aterrizado en las bases de todo el esquema gubernamental este mismo no es exitoso
Ejemplo sr presidente
El pacto por México que si funciono durante unos meses y fue bueno pero a la desunión se disolvió y nunca fue aterrizado en las bases de estado operacional....
Por ello a este tiempo le aconsejaría re lanzar su sexenio con nuevos secretarios de las principales secretarías
Y quizás compartir una o dos secretarías con los partidos de oposición
Y volviendo al tema de los focos rojos a la noticia e imágenes intolerables ya de agresión a los policías en el estado de guerrero tiene que operar a su detención lo mas pronto posible y dar garantías al instituto electoral operacional...
Si llega el sábado sin hacer nada por detenerlos o replegarlos las cosas se dificultarian en extremo
En los focos rojos de el país del cual desde ahora acompañese con el secretario de la defensa y redusca al máximo sus eventos públicos hasta el día lunes
Las movilisacines deberán distribuirse en lo aéreo y terrestre en los focos rojos
No sucedería una masacre tenemos la mejor policía antimotines del mundo y a ello ya esta comprobado
