Debido a el denominado apagón analógico esperó exijo se lleve acabó en tiempo y forma ya que sin contar con entradas económicas y tener negación en mi país a toda clase de oportunidad gaste mas de 4000 pesos en equipo para poder estar prevenido a la posible y retardada contingencia
Sabedor que tengo en mi caso por tardanza y desidia a un presidente ciego y sordo expreso que ya gaste en dichos aparatos y a la demanda que tengo hacia el estado mexicano en el tribunal de la halla en HOLANDA no quise y no me es posible recibir televisores y antenas que a otros dan dieron y están repartiendo y que sin duda a mi me niegan...
Sabedor el presidente de mi país mexico que no cuento con entradas económicas salario empleo de acuerdo a mi profesión y trayectoria y aun no contar con seguro medico por la represión hacia mi persona padecida durante sexenios y que en este sexenio me he convertido en el hombre mas investigado y perseguido...
Espero que pese a todo eso no haya retardo en el mencionado apagón analógico el día 31 de diciembre del año 2015 por el gasto que represento en mi caso sumamente fuerte que considero a su ves un gasto innecesario y del cual a mi opinión llega tarde y a destiempo.

De acuerdo a la sintonía y logística señor presidente barack Obama de los operativos en contra del terrorismo me es necesario en expresarle que la operación terrestre es inminente y para ello nesecitaria por tipo de terreno aproximadamente entre 700 000 a 1 300 000 efectivos por la disuasión y expansión de territorio...
Estados unidos cuenta y no me cabe alguna duda señor presidente con las mejores fuerzas terrestres del mundo pero el llevar un operativo de esa magnitud podría vulnerar en muchos aspectos las fronteras en donde tienen caso perceptible de vulnerabilidad y a los problemas de inseguridad y corrupción en mi país mexico la frontera con mexico en su seguridad debe de ser reforzada a un 400%...
De se cuenta señor presidente que el terrorismo islámico en en naciones controladas por el terrorismo y a su ves con problemas de esa índole, todas esas naciones tienen entre si como situación por común fronteras compartidas...
Y a su ves con todo ello los bombardeos por naciones que ahorita están atacando no le generan el daño colateral necesario ya que en territorio es controlado por ellos demasiado extenso...
La operación terrestre es necesaria a una magnitud tal que sera mas espectacular y mas minuciosa que la operación tormenta del desierto llevada a cabo por el general Norman Chuarskov en la guerra del golfo...
Por ello le asesoro y recomiendo que si hay una contingencia global en operativos terrestre por fuerza multinacional sea pida y exija a las naciones unidas que estados unidos controle y dirija tales operaciones sin excusas ni pretextos ya que en la guerra del golfo todo salio a la perfección y las bajas en efectivos fueron mínimas...
