En los últimos días meses y años gracias a la percepción anacrónica visualizada y diagnosticada por una de mis fuentes operacionales en que en el cual sigue y esta en constante movimiento presento las estadísticas informáticas del cual mi literatura es valorada y visualizada alrededor del mundo sin especificar el doble de percepción en facebook y medios de comunicación convencionales como son prensa escrita radio y televisión

Alcanzando mis rating mundial de percepción en mas de 150.000 lectores y a su ves en que blogger se amalgama en únicamente por solo espacio especifico que no es lo que representa toda la percepción señores del tribunal de todos mis lectores pero si manifiesta una visión real en donde como y cuando se mueven mis estadísticas en que he venido expresando que en el cual los lectores de mi obra literaria es valida y sustentada en los 400 000 mil lectores diarios teniendo como punta de lanza perimetral también en facebook que en el cual ahí es en donde se visualiza y se consolida mi poesía en lo general y abstracto que en el cual se multiplica a comparación de blogger ya que blogger es hoy por hoy la imagen de representatividad de mi obra literaria en todo el mundo y en diferentes idiomas

Por ello sumando la demanda como inicie el año pretendo señoras y señores terminar el mismo asumiendo la petición de demanda formal de demandar ante su tribunal a mi nación México que siendo el único escritor mexicano que escribe promueve difunde promociona y convoca a su lectura poética soy yo DANIEL GARCÍA ROMÁN

Sobrellevando la represión del estado mexicano y en que a su ves se me priva de la libertad de expresión que promueve y difunden sus medios de comunicación el mismo estado en medios masivos  de comunicación

Se me a previsto que el año que en el año que comienza se me apoyara por lo cual difundo y expreso que es ya demasiado tarde puesto que el daño en lo económico y laboral es ya irreparable y en lo cual solo el tribunal internacional esta sumamente calificado para defender ahí mis derechos humanos

No poseo propiedades no poseo cuentas bancarias no poseo seguro medico no poseo solvencia económica estable por lo cual con toda la fuerza del estado y la infinita insensibilidad de mi caso es tratado y a sido tratado por todos los niveles de gobierno y en que a su ves la suma inequívoca y sumante represiva en contra de mi persona en apatía de la legislatura local de el estado de Veracruz y de el congreso de la unión de mi nación México es sin duda efectiva mi petición de ayuda ante el mencionado tribunal

Aclarando que yo escribí y llegue escribiendo a distintas naciones y notificaciones por via de sus embajadas y consulados en México de las naciones

Japón Suecia España Holanda estados unidos de norte América la santa sede el vaticano y e Inglaterra por la solides de mi demanda y pidiendo ayuda a sus respectivas naciones para que proceda mi demanda en su respectivo tribunal

El cual de los últimos 3 sexenios he sido el mexicano más perseguido reprimido y he investigado por todas las dependencias de gobierno

Ejemplo

Cuando la rectoría estaba bacante de la universidad veracruzana yo presente y le comunique en su momento a el gobernador y el presidente de la república que me dejara contender por dicho espacio académico buscando por meritos propios la rectoría presentando un proyecto académico que en el cual en respuesta a días posteriores se me mando a golpear  y mi proyecto fue y es utilizado por la administración violando mis derechos de autor y no nada mas eso en cuanto a lo de el proyecto operación albatros se me obligo en terminarlo y sobretodo se utilizo y se omitieron mis demandas justas de pago de honorarios en el cual tanto hoy el candidato como ase 6 años Santiago Creel Miranda y la destacadísima política josefina Basquees mota en calidad de representantes de los dos congresos de la unión omitieron el fallo de mi caso

Estas aclaraciones no son expuestas para de batir o entrar en controversia afortunadamente la prensa internacional sabe que aquí lo expresado es verídico y sobretodo fue entiempo y forma cierto

El estado mexicano presenta un modelo de control y de poder ya caduco que en el cual las instituciones a  mi caso son obsoletas y obedecen a simpatías únicas a modo de mando y en el cual con ese modo de mando quiero expresar  que tanto mis espacios de blogger twitter y facebook el estado mexicano a pretendido cancelar como lo hicieron con metroflog y Hotmail y una ves en megaupload con mis archivos en libros perfectamente diseñados

No no no claudicare en la demanda y creo en la justa medición de el organismo internacional por ello siendo mi ultimo recurso pido suplicio a tienda el llamado de que proceda mi demanda lo antes posible para a si alcanzar la justicia laboral económica social y sobretodo como escritor que mi nación me ha negado y actualmente de manera deliberada me sigue negando

Por no provenir de su misma índole prole campaña simpatía pandilla familia o como ustedes le quieran nominar
