El poemario U.S.A (PIES LIGEROS) ya fue divulgado y colocado y difundido y mi agenda literaria no se compone acorde con el calendario rítmico y habitual en que conocemos sino que como usted lo sabe y mis analistas y críticos lo saben mi agenda literaria se compone a factores de percepción tanto política social económica y en seguridad
Por ello amigo mio el poemario a partir de hoy tras haberlo colocado en las principales agencias de noticias de todo el mundo dejo como autor de difundirlo y dar paso A EL POEMARIO EL CANDIDATO DE EL PARTIDO DEMÓCRATA siendo y acomodando en percepción de el electorado y a su ves en la prensa americana e internacional es justo para la publicación de el mismo escojiendo como mi musa a la actriz EMILY JEAN "EMMA" STONE y de las mexicanas escoger a la socia lite GRECIA ABELLA EGGLETON en el cual el poemario constara de 20 poemas y poemas en sumario

(De acuerdo a el recordatorio del mes ---octubre--- quiero pedirle amablemente que la visa de turista y de residente en los estados unidos de norte América le sea retirada a Juan Antonio Lavín Torres por haberme negado el apoyo cuando le pedí y con discriminación dolo y absoluta secrecía me negó el mismo)
2.- la divulgación a lo acontecido en la actualidad en México por el momento es contraproducente opinar dado que la percepción en el ámbito en seguridad empeora y a su ves todos ya de manera directa o indirecta la padecemos
3.- no soy yo el enemigo de México siendo que los resultados por conjunto de los niveles de gobierno son y no Sub compaginables y a su ves la logística de los operativos tienden a retribuirse por sectores cuando en reiteradas ocasiones e instruido recomendado pedido suplicado sin tener éxito que dichos operativos sean a niel general nacional y sobretodo en un ámbito de respuesta de 80% de trabajo de inteligencia y el 20% restante en fuerza para así socaba las secciones de operatividad de la delincuencia organizada tomando en cuenta que se sigue creyendo acéfalamente que la delincuencia es y únicamente esta en las calles cuando todos sabemos que en distintos operandis y sectores por poblaciones la misma delincuencia organizada a corrompido ciertas instituciones gubernamentales en sectores y poblados en donde esta misma opera sin que el gobierno y el aparato de seguridad haga algo por operandi en respuesta de la misma coyuntura
4.- el recordatorio de el mes para la organización delas naciones unidas hoy a tan lamentables hechos en que al inicio de la actual administración en el gobierno de el estado de Veracruz en lo que va del año sumando 3000 a 5000 decesos en todo el territorio veracruzano la judicatura federal y a su ves la suprema corte de justicia de la nación tiene facultades motivos para convocar a una nueva elección en el estado puesto que la investidura de el gobernador a quien hoy la viste no a podido compaginar legalidad equidad e igualdad en seguridad social y política en el territorio veracruzano
No es la amalgama la simpatía o apasionamientos políticos las que deberían mover los resultados de el mismo pero si hacer este tan lamentable suceso en que padece el estado de Veracruz en que la comunidad internacional debe de estar enterada y accionar operandis en donde por mucho y menos sucesos lamentables hoy las mismas naciones unidas y la suprema corte de justicia de la nación tiene n que ocuparse de el ramo
Yo cuestiono estos resultados y estos lamentables hechos en que la capacidad de respuesta y la nula información en que en reiteradas ocasiones el gobierno de el estado a tratado de ocultar
A sus falta de resultados
Cuando en toda población y en todo cimiento de gobierno de el mundo el eje central de el mismo tiene que ser la seguridad social del mismo no debemos apasionarnos por ningún partido cuando estos hechos llevan a encuentro de cadáveres en desenas en distintos lugares de una sola ciudad (Veracruz)
Señoras y señores señor secretario general de las naciones unidas no pertenezco a ningún partido político tampoco a ningún sindicato cama de comercio cama de fundaciones tanto en mi ciudad natal como en mi estado o a nivel nacional pero porque no pedir bajo fundamento y testigo mudo la renuncia de quien sin duda no esta capacitado para tan importante cargo
La administración pasada se ocupo y preocupo por brindar y entregar un estado en paz pero ahora a el reacomodamiento de las bandas y malhechores Veracruz padece estas recomposiciones que a respuesta el estado de el gobierno en el territorio veracruzano es insensible y manipulador
Con el presidente Felipe calderón lo dije antes y ahora lo reitero el problema es que esta solo y no se trata mostrar simpatías sino que en actos coordinados el compagina miento de las distintas fuerzas políticas en acción en el ámbito de la seguridad sigue siendo politizado
Yo tanto a la comunidad internacional informo y comunico que pasaría si entre esos tan lamentables hechos por decesos fueran y se encontraran a algunos embajadores a algún hijo de industrial o persona de la vida pública y social siendo que toda vida humana por el mismo echo merece la justicia y el trato por igual y equitativo
Y i descontento es ese que el estado mexicano en ves de dejarme expresarme en ves de dar recomendaciones usarlas a beneficio de la sociedad en general me recrimina ocupando a discrecionalidad mis proyectos y no dejándome ejercer como escritor y vivir y cobrar por ello
El trabajo de un intelectual no es y no debe de estar basado en un partido político o en un grupo de poder porque la esencia misma de el mimo trabajo ase coyuntural en lo social y político que oros han hecho y sacaron beneficio cuando la elaboración de el mimo intelectual no es compaginable en asesor para que las distintas investiduras

Sean equiparables ante sus ciudadanos en subordinación
Por ello ahora tanta desigualdad en legalidad política y social en la impartición de justicia

En cuanto a lo de el caso de el ex gobernador Fidel herrera Beltrán sin duda es hoy por hoy al igual que a mi vetado y uno como persona publica y como políticos y e intelectuales no puede apasionarse llevando esto aniveles personales o familiares
Siendo que el grupo ahora es el actual gobierno de el estado de Veracruz y Fidel herrera beltran es hoy por hoy un ciudadano civil
Expreso escribiendo esto que por ningún motivo estoy de acuerdo con el espionaje telefónico o a su ves veto o antífona de linchamiento en lo moral o político
Cuando sabemos que el estatus de inteligencia en seguridad es y merece secrecía en todo aspecto y ética profesional
No se confundan Fidel herrera no es mi amigo tampoco hemos llegado algún acuerdo pero si me preguntan y mi reclamo asía el es que siendo y fungiendo como gobernador nunca se ocupo de mi asunto como en la actualidad tampoco lo hacen quienes hoy quedaron en su lugar
