En los últimos años el deporte de fútbol a venido a la misma evolución humana presentando cambios que a las mismas reglas de juego son cuestionadas muchas beses desde los esquemas de juego hasta sus mismas reglas de juego y al crecimiento de tecnología y a la evolución de adeptos y aficionados de fútbol sin darse cuenta muchas beses o la mayoría de las beses el organismo internacional de fútbol la fifa no toma en cuenta resultados a la misma ejemonia en reacción social y deportiva en el entorno de los estadios dentro y fuera de los mismos...
Eso sin duda a un resultado por error humano hace que la organización de la misma organización tome mas control tomando en cuenta esos parámetros de exactitud tecnológicos con reglas practicas en donde el deporte de fútbol sea mas versátil y exacto a visión de los mismos adelantos tecnológicos que cada aficionado cuenta como son

En que esa misma visibilidad de operación muchas beses por cuestión de ángulos o de postura de albitros el mismo a la ora de cierta jugada por eje de juego el mismo albitro no ve...

Como entregar por escrito después de cada partido a cada director técnico la constancia de el resultado firmado por los albitros tanto el central como los 2 laterales y los 2 respectivos directores técnicos de cada equipo sumando a los 2 respectivos capitanes de los 2 equipos después de 15 minutos de análisis de vídeos eso al fútbol lo fortalecería muchísimo...

La seguridad de los estadios radica y el éxito de la misma es en saberse implementar en las entradas con apertura de asta 5 oras antes del inicio del juego...
El proyecto FIFA señala las anomalías y contingencias posibles vividas en torneos pasados y el proyecto fifa narra de como evitarlos y afrontarlos...
No es el esquema estático el que persive a la fifa en su esquema global sino que la misma organización internacional de la fifa tiene que estar en movimiento...
Tomando en cuenta para la designación de las naciones en el torneo los esquemas de seguridad social el ambiente político el desarrollo de instalaciones y libertad de prensa y opinión...

Debe de contar con instrumentos con logísticas y proyectos emergentes que la hagan mas dinámica en sus operaciones y decisiones en cualquier circunstancia en cualquier nación en cualquier estadio...
Y en ese mismo eje marcar su movimiento teniendo 2 esquemas nada más de mando
1.- el albitro central
2.- el representante de el organismo internacional de fútbol la fifa presente también en el estadio
En esos 2 ejes marcar la pauta de organización
1.- para que en dado caso de que allá conato de pelea en las gradas el albitro pueda ser informado y se pueda suspender el partido...
Y a su ves el representante de la organización de la organización internacional de fútbol la fifa tenga comúnicacion necesaria con el albitro central para cualquier contingencia en el terreno de juego...
Es ilógicos que en el terreno de juego se siga jugando cuando un determinado grupo porra o contingencia en tribuna se estan peleando no tomando en cuenta esos parámetros esos esquemas que sin duda al final a falta de coordinación el partido sea en distintos medios de comunicación noticia.-
Que opacan la esencia de fútbol porque al darse la noticia de resultado de el partido sea cuestionada la organización de seguridad en el estadio teniendo dos ejes de atención en medios de comunicación que es el desarrollo de el partido y la contingencia de inseguridad...
A ello se deberían agregar otros ejes como el clima como tiempos y otras pequeñas cosas que a los mismos jugadores exponen su condición física exagerando abeses el termino de el partido cuando llueve o esta nevando etcétera según las condiciones escénicas de los torneos en la nación donde se juegue...
2.- la seguridad al comienzo de el partido para que regresen las familias a los estadios deben de controlarse en revisión por cada persona revisando que no lleven

Toda ves que la sinergia de la seguridad se configure por zonas pequeñas dentro del estadio en especificar que la seguridad por cada 1000 aficionados sentados debe de haber en ese perímetro un total de 200 elementos de seguridad como máximo y como mínimo 150 elementos de seguridad para cualquier contingencia del cual el operativo de seguridad no pueda ser rebasado por los aficionados...
La seguridad cualitativa de adentro de los estadios también cuenta en los pasillos en los baños y lugares de expansión etc.
_ un dato _ sabia usted que cuando un jugador reclama al albitro por alguna sanción silbada dentro de los minutos de el partido este por ningún motivo cambia su decisión del cual al reclamar el gugador al albitro si detiene el desarrollo del juego quitándole minutos de juego de partido
Bueno pues penalizar con sanción de suspensión de 5 o mas partidos a el jugador que reclame al albitro sus desiciones y la suspensión de por vida al jugador que agreda a algún albitro...
Toda ves que la dinámica de juego sea mas rápida sencilla y clara y perfeccionada en su mismo eje de operatividad...
